Founded by Ecologist Jennifer Neill and Wildlife Biologist Nicole Wajmer, the firm’s strength lies in the combination of biological knowledge, technical excellence, and applied experience. Our continued success lies in a strong client-focused approach while providing insight into the unique needs of each project. We offer a variety of services to aid in obtaining environmental approvals for successful development and restoration projects. As the natural environment is rapidly changing in response to development, these studies are imperative to ensure our ecosystems remain balanced. We have extensive experience completing terrestrial and aquatic surveys for flora and fauna in a wide range of habitats across central and southern Ontario.

Ecosystems represent geographic areas where plants and animals, as well as water, soil, air and fire work together to form interactive dynamic relationships. Ecosystems include forests, savannahs, thickets, meadows, prairies, sand dunes, alvars, wetlands, and watercourses. Successful ecosystem restoration requires a thorough understanding of the biotic and abiotic processes that create them, coupled with the ability to apply the knowledge to create natural designs.
